The rooms are well maintained and value for money. Walkable distance to the nearby bus stop and a lot of food joints. One place they can improve is to have the option to partially extend the stay for reasonable charges. I had to book for one entire day just for 6 hours stay extension - which is not expected. They were not willing to negotiate even when the rooms were available.

We had an excellent Stay and it's a good place for family members as well. The way they treat their guests is awesome. Rooms are well maintained and value for money.. Located nearer (approx 850m) to the Chathiram Bus Stand and all the essential needs are surrounded.

Nice rooms. Decent sized and clean. Clean bathroom with geyser. Good service. We got early morning cofee / tea served in the rooms by 6 am. Slightly away from the station but quiet location. Thanks.

Eventhough we are married receptionist was very rude and completely unprofessional. He was saying go and book some other room. We handed our ID proofs and they were asking marriage certificate. And he was extremely rude and we cancelled the room and booked another room in last minute.

We had come across this hotel by chance last year and everyone in our family liked the family suite. This year during our trip to South, all of us instantly chose this hotel and the family suite only. The first thing that comes to mind is that more than a hotel, we feel at home here. There's plenty of space in the suite and all the basics are covered. The staff are very helpful and accommodating to our requests. There's plenty of parking space nearby. The location is close to the main road. We highly recommend the family suite to traveling families.

Very clean and hygienic hotel room. We booked a single BHK large apt. Enjoyed stay with family. They have food delivery service to room though it doesn’t have a restaurant in it.

Very good hotel. Staffs are very very helpful and friendly. Everything we asked they tried their best to help us. They even went to the bus station and helped us to book the bus ticket. Very much appreciated it. Its the hotel you should stay when you visit Trichy.

This hotel is maintained well, clean rooms and service from the staff is excellent. Only minus is the location, its walkable distance from Main Bus station (Chatram) but still feel very interior near to a dirty water canal on one side. But in overall, this hotel is good.
